The division of Postal Systems has done according to the states such as Kerala Circle, Gujarat Circle, Maharashtra Circle, Punjab Circle, Tamil Nadu Circle, West Bengal Circle, North East Circle includes Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Tripura & Nagaland.  Each circle has divided into regions and as well as filed units and headed by the Postmaster General. By making these divisions post offices can easily providing the customer services in all over the country.

Postal Service Systems are providing universal services to the customers by having the largest postal network in the world. Postal Service Systems also implement the Franchise Scheme to providing the services to the customers.
